What do I listen to? Since "pretty much everything" is a bullshit response, I'll try and narrow it down a bit. Most of my favorite stuff is a bit difficult to fit into a genre, like Dr. Steel or Blue Man Group. But if I had to pick one genre I'd call my favorite, I'd probably have to go with Industrial Metal. Shit like KMFDM, Rammstein, and Eisbrecher.

What music do I listen to? Well, an entire list might be a bit too long, so here are some.

Classical list: Bach, Mozart, Chopin, Rachmaninoff, etc.
Rock/Metal: (Mostly Japanese musicians) Demetori, IRON CHINO, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Vai, Malmsteen, etc.
Techno: (Mostly video game music) Megaman OST, Nintendo OSTs (in general), etc.
Other: (Again, mostly Japanese musicians) Kitsune Workshop, Sound Holic, Astor Piazzola (dunno what to classify him), Chick Corea, etc.

Lists goes on, but I think I got the important stuff.

I might try to listen to Industrial Metal; I have never heard of it till now.

Don't forget to add Srash on Skype.

I like a lot of 90's alternative rock and industrial rock and metal. But over the years I've started listening to a broader variety of things that are not necessarily bands, but mostly soundtracks.

For a good while the top bands that dominated my interests were Tool, Nine Inch Nails, Alice in Chains, Rammstein, Orgy, Wumpscut, Skinny Puppy...

I was into some 2000's metal during highschool, American Headcharge is great.

Also, Bjork ("Debut" is a great album), The Cranberries, Garbage, Sneaker Pimps, Deftones, Autolux, The Beatles, Cat Stevens, America, David Bowie, Pink Floyd, Type O Negative (October Rust is a phenomenal album), No Doubt, Nirvana, Bush, Hole, Smashing Pumpkins and many more...

Some soundtracks that I like from games, animes and movies.

For games, Akira Yamaoka is my guy, the man behind the Silent Hill soundtracks, 2 and 3 are my top choices. Yuzo Koshiro, did Streets of Rage soundtracks and more including Shinobi III, amazing genesis soundtracks. Nobuo Uematsu, primary Final Fantasy composer 6 and 7 ost's are my favorites 10's got good tracks. Michiru Yamane did the soundtrack for Castlevania SotN, one of my most listened to OST's, amazing stuff. Ecco the Dolphin 1 and 2, Super Metroid, Chrono Trigger, AC (1st gen, 2 and AC3/SL have my favorite tracks), Street Fighter tracks, Marvel vs. Street Fighter has an amazing set of tracks as well as Megaman X by the same person(s), Resident Evil 1 and 2, Devil May Cry 1, Onimusha, Alien Trilogy, Doom, Metal Gear Solid, Front Mission, Gundam Wing Endless Duel, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., Diablo...

For anime OST's that I frequently listen to, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Outlaw Star, Grave of the Fireflies, Jin-Roh, Ghost in the Shell (movie), that opening song for Lain, Gundam Wing, Aeon Flux, Berserk, Tenchi Muyo.

I'm a fan of film scores but there are only a few that I actively listen to, but recently I've been listening to the soundtrack for "The Professional". The Aliens films have great soundtracks. Also the soundtracks for the first two Crow movies.

That sort of sums up where I'm at with music at this point, oh yeah, I enjoy jazz from time to time.

A lot of forums with [youtube] or [flash] coding don't like the youtu.be format. Use the full URL instead of the shortform version, and it should be fine.

EDIT: No, "blahblahblah" isn't a real video link. It just auto-formats as a link. Don't panic if it doesn't work.

Now what is it I am doing wrong? SSL shouldn't make a difference here, nor the shortened url.

test

Same result. Strange isn't it?

Cutting down to the watch?v=blah part without the extras. Does it work?
EDIT: Yes it does.

Remove the part I put in bold.

watch?v=UgMjVxk1iYU

Then add back the http://www.youtube.com/ part, because I didn't mean that should go as well.

The line of stars is the only part of the code that should change between videos. If & shows up after the "v=" part, remove everything from that point on, including the & symbol. If there's something else after the watch? before the v= part, remove that as well.
