We all use the internet and play games online one way or the other.

Personally I'm Apple scum, but was brought up on Windows machines and have built many towers.

So, post your current setups that you use, or even dream ones!

Mine:

MacBook Air 13 inch, Late 2011.
256GB SSD, 4GB DDR3 RAM, HD 4000 on-board graphics, Intel i5 x2 @ 1.7ghz.

Nothing special, obtained it through a trade for my old base-spec Late 2011 MacBook Pro. A solid trade.

I'm planning on getting a Late 2011 21.5 inch iMac as well soon. 2.5ghz i5 quad-core with AMD Radeon 6550m graphics etc. etc.

Post away!

My current setup:
CPU: Intel i7 860 @ 2.80 GHz (stock clock)
RAM: Corsair 16 GB DDR3 @ 9-9-9-24, 1.6v
GPU 1: MSI GTX 580 Lighting Edition
GPU 2: XFX HD Radeon 5850 (used for Bitcoin mining)
HDD 1: OCZ Vertex 3 128GB SDD
HDD 2: Samsung 2TB
HDD 3: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB
Motherboard: ASUS P7P55D Deluxe
Capture Card: Blackmagic Intensity Pro (internal PCI-E card)
DAC/Soundcard: Music Streamer Pro II
PSU: PC Power and Cooling Silencer 750 watts
Case: Silverstone TJ-07

Monitor 1: Crossover 27QLED - 2560x1440 (uses the same LG panel that's used in 27" iMac)
Monitor 2: Dell Ultrasharp 3007 WFP-HC - 2560x1600
Monitor 3: Samsung Syncmaster 2693HM - 1920x1200

I don't PC game that much anymore; maybe FFXIV and Wildstar will warrant another upgrade, but that won't be for a while. If anything, I need to buy more storage for ACV recordings.

a computer I have always wanted was a computer that had the best AMD chip set, Bluray reader and writer, and a liquid cooling system. When i say AMD, i mean all the best parts that are out there that AMD builds.

Im cool with just about anything liquid cooled. Both my towers are synced together and i got them from two friends on Christmas. They both really wanted me to play online so they both ended up buying me gaming towers. I don't really know the parts since i didn't buy or build either of them.
I use my laptop (mac book pro) and a projector as my monitor and tv so i couldn't really tell you anything on that other than i have heavy curtains.

My previous iMac G5 only lasted me about 5 years, and I was pushing it super hard in the past year-- I'm talking about 2 day long encodes for SD resolution 5 minute long videos. That poor IBM chip got dated fast.

This 2009 iMac using the nehalem processor is still going strong after 4 years and I see it lasting another 3 easily I think. Sadly notebooks don't seem to have the same longevity.
